Our seasonal salad choices are firm local favourites – and well they might be! The tomatoes we offer are from quite literally down the road in Blackpool, meaning that their miles to table index is incredibly low, guaranteeing all the natural flavour and goodness of the tomato reaches your plate. We also stock Lollo Rosso red lettuce which adds colour and flavour to any salad – again, sourced from local growers, this time in Preston, we can claim to be offering the freshest produce of any fruiterers on the coast and possible across the entire North West.

We change with the seasons too, meaning that we support local growers when we can whenever they most need it – it’s better for them to sell to us and it’s better for you to eat local produce. So, quite simply, everyone wins when you support seasonal local produce.
