Strongs website launches

Tuseday 3rd of May 2011 and we are pleased to bring our expertise in the art of fresh produce retailing, learnt over the past 25yrs, to the world wide web.

Many people visit Lytham and our store and comment how they wish they had a greengrocer like ours near them. Well now, by the wonders of the internet, they have, as we are now able to supply anywhere in the UK within 24hrs by courier service.

We understand not everyone will want to shop online but we invite you to peruse our store in the comfort of your home and possibly pay a visit next time your on the fylde coast.

Here are just a few tips on whats hot at the moment. We start with English Asparagus, locally grown in FORMBY and in season for the next 4 to 5 weeks only, so enjoy this English jewel while you can. Spanish Cherries made their first appearance of the summer today and are a welcome treat along with new season Apricots also from Spain. Jersey Royal new potatoes are falling in price so enjoy some along with an Asparagus salad, mmm, summer for sure.
