Hi all,Time goes fast in fruit and veg business,already the seasons move on ..goosberries come to an end,peaches and nectarines are in peak season along with flat varieties that add a new dimension to summer.
Local beans are in full swing including bobo, runner or stick beans broad also in full flush,all these are great with a Sunday dinner mmm.
Berries from Holland are coming on line black, blue red currents and raspberries also in full flush from the UK and Scotland.
Last I heard it was raining in Poland so the Billberry harvest is looking a bit hit and miss if no improvement then there may not be a delivery this year... more as soon as i hear.
